What are tax credits?
Individuals who owe Missouri State tax and who donate $100 or more in cash, stocks, or bonds to True North may be eligible for a 70% Missouri State tax credit for their donation. For example, if you donate $1000 to True North, you can receive a tax credit for $700 off your state income tax. The credits may be applied toward the Missouri State tax of any kind of taxable income.

TRUE NORTH ADVOCACY CENTER BUILDING RENOVATION CAMPAIGN
In 2021, True North received a contribution from Veterans United Foundation to use toward a new Victim Advocacy Center. In November 2023, we purchased a 16,500 sq ft. building located at 1901 Pennsylvania Dr, Columbia, MO and we will soon begin much needed renovations in order to fulfill the mission more completely.
